MR. RUSSELL JACKSON “RUSTY” BURNHAM, age 52, of Eastman, GA, died Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Dodge County Hospital. A memorial visitation will be held at 6:00PM-8:00PM Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Southerland Funeral Chapel. Mr. Burnham was born in McRae, GA, and was a lifelong resident of Eastman. He was a 1987 graduate of Dodge County High School. After high school he enlisted in the United States Navy and served aboard the USS Nimitz and worked on the flight deck. He worked for many years as a supervisor for Steel Fab in Dublin. Rusty was owner and operator of Middle Georgia Fire Safety since 2017, where he worked with his son and nephew. He was a dedicated husband for over 30 years and a loving son, father, grandfather, and uncle. He is survived by his Wife; Son; Parents; Brother; 3 Nephews; Niece; 4 Grandchildren; Aunt; Uncles; Sister-In-Law; Brother-In-Law; Parents-In-Law. The family may be contacted at the residence.
