MRS. MARY JIM ROZAR McCORMICK, age 80, of Eastman, GA, died Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Bryant Healthcare and Rehab in Cochran. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, March 27, at Rozar Cemetery, with Rev. Daniel Cook officiating. Mary Jim was a lifelong resident of Dodge County, a dedicated member of Bethel Baptist Church, and a homemaker. She worked as a private sitter for over 8 years and was a dedicated wife and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was the daughter of the late Rosa Mae Colson Rozar and John J. “Jim” Rozar, widow of Windred Wayne McCormick, and was preceded in death by her Son, Andrew Wayne McCormick and Son-in-law, Donnie Roland. She is survived by her Daughter – Rosemary M. Roland of Eastman; Daughter-in-law – Vickie Jones McCormick of Eastman; 3 Grandchildren – Michael McCormick, Chris McCormick (Jennifer), and James Roland all of Eastman; Great-Grandson – Jackson McCormick of Eastman; Numerous Cousins and Friends. Mary Jim will lie-in-state from 11:00AM-4:00PM Friday, March 26, at Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home. In addition to flowers, the family request contributions to Bethel Baptist Church, 1100 Roddy Hwy., Eastman, GA 31023.
