MR. CHARLES ROBERT “CHARLIE” MULLIS, age 32, of Columbus, GA, died Thursday, March 7, 2019 in Dodge County. Memorial services will be held at 11:00AM Monday, March 11, at Southerland Funeral Chapel with Pastor Dahl McDermitt officiating. Mr. Mullis was born in Tucson, AZ and of the Baptist faith. He was a construction worker who specialized in tile flooring. He was a talented artist who enjoyed drawing. Charlie loved his sons and his family, spending time outdoors and time with friends at the river. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Evans, Bill Mullis and Ingeborg Mullis. Survivors: 2 Sons; Mother; Father; Companion; Grandmother; 1 Brother; 2 Step Sisters; Aunts and Uncles; Several Great Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. The family may be contacted at the residence and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel 30 minutes before services, March 11.
