Mrs. Janis Inez Howard Whigam, 66, of Hawkinsville, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021, at her residence. Funeral Services will be held at Clark Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday December 9, 2021 at 2:00 pm with a Visitation starting at 1:00 pm until the service, with Rev. Jeff Waters and Robert Lancaster officiating. Janis was a native of Hawkinsville, Ga. and a member of Broad Street Baptist Church. She was a secretary at the Eastman Housing Authority. Janis was preceded in death by her parents, Ramsey Howard and Chalene Howard Cross; Stepfather, Rev. Mobley Cross. Survivors include her husband; son; daughters; brothers; grandchildren. Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
