Obituary
Savannah – Billisu O’Barr Pittman, age 73, died Saturday, April 23, 2022, in Hospice Savannah. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, April 25, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. in Bowers Cemetery in Cochran.
Mrs. Pittman, born in Telfair County, had lived in Savannah 32 years. She was the daughter of the late Bill O’Barr and Sue Melvin O’Barr Hall. Mrs. Billisu was a former supervisor for Human Resources in Chatham County and former vice president and supervisor for Goodwill. She was a Jehovah Witness for 49 years.
Survivors are her husband; her children; her sister; her brothers; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The family is at and will greet friends after the service Monday at Bowers Cemetery.
