MR. CHARLES WAYNE HORTON, age 59, of Marietta, GA, died Friday, December 11, 2020 at North Decatur Healthcare and Rehab in Decatur.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00PM Tuesday, December 15 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Eastman with Mr. Bobby Ryals officiating.
Wayne was a native of Rhine, GA, a member of Rhine Baptist Church and a graduate of Dodge County High School. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and the outdoors. Wayne especially liked spending time with his family and friends during the holidays and special occasions. He was the son of the late Geiger Horton and Mary McCranie Horton.
He is survived by his longtime caretaker and her daughter and numerous cousins and special friends and family.
Mr. Horton will lie in state from 1:00PM-3:00PM Monday, December 14 at Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home.
