Jerry C. Floyd of Jacksonville, Florida died Thursday, December 17, 2009 at his residence. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 in the chapel of Hardy-Towns Funeral Home with Rev. James Aycock officiating. Mr. Floyd was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was retired from the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville as a fireman. He was a gifted guitarist and sketch artist.
