Obituary
Little Miss Alice Parkerson, the eleven-year-0ld daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. T. Parkerson of near the city, dide Sunday morning at 10 o'clock after an illness of eight days with fever. Her body was buried Monday afternoon at Poplar Springs church. Alice was a bright, lovable child, and her death is a severe blow tot he fond parents, both of whom are just recovering from serious illness. We understand that another daughter is now quite sick with fever. Mr. and Mrs. Parkerson have our deepest sympathy in these dark hours. may the comforting spirit of the great Architect of the Universe abide with and console them in this deep sorrow.
