Below are the phasing of the accomplish of this website and associated work.  Each phase may or may not be accomplished in order.

Phase II:  Determine Cemeteries of Dodge County and their locations
1.  Identify which cemeteries are in Dodge County and which are outside the County.

2.  Identify location of each cemetery by GPS position

3.  Develop Name for each Cemetery.

4.  Identify Cemeteries that Appear to be abandoned

Phase I:  Involve Dodge County Commissioners in Determining Cemeteries of Dodge County and their locations
1.  Agree on list between DCS and DCC

2.  Place them on Dodge County Map

3.  Add to Plat records

4.  Submit to Google to pin them to maps

5.  Determine action for grant and extent of grant

     a.  For abandoned cemeteries, County take over
     b.  Survey Cemeteries for Plats
     c.  Provide signs for cemeteries without signs
     d.  Clear brush from cemeteries abandoned
     e.  Use Ground penetrating radar to locate clear areas or unknown graves
     f.  Provide fences for some cemeteries
     g. Provide cleaning for tombstones and cement/brick slabs
     h.  Provide "In Memory of" markers names for known unmarked graves and "In memory of" "unknown Soul" for unknown
         unmarked graves
     i.  Provide drone flyovers to provide detail to website

3.  Funding for other work as determined by the Dodge County Commissioners.
